    I journeyed to your blog this morning as I was in need of a lift for my soggy spirits.

    What a wonderful surprise, your blog has yet another collection of interesting article links.

    I must do some clandestine investigation of the linked articles as the Potemkin Village building site inspectors are making their rounds this week.

    The best of the chestnut seed nuts that I gathered last November from a European chestnut tree (planted in 1700) growing in Kew Gardens has germinated in its specially prepared site on the Batcave's front lawn.

    Great joy was experienced by me as I positively identified the tiny seedling as European chestnut.
